Supreme Court upholds Affordable Care Act

Employers 50+ must continue comply with the requirement to provide minimum essential health coverage to their employees or face the potential of thousands of dollars in penalties. Individuals must move forward with the purchase of health care coverage whether it is subsidized or not. Penalties for not doing so continue to rise.
